Doctor Detail Inc. is a mobile auto detailing company servicing the DC Metro Area from our conveniently located office in Burke, VA. We are currently hiring experienced auto detailing technicians to manage a mobile detailing van. We are also seeking hardworking individuals without experience who possess a great attitude and are committed to a career within our organization.

New hirees will be trained as detailing technicians and gradually advance to a managerial position based on the quality of their work and commitment to our organization.

Managerial Duties: Managers will be in charge of operating one of our vans, which includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:

-Overseeing 1-2 technicians.

-Engaging in client interaction in person and via phone.

-Conflict resolution and assurance of customer satisfaction.

-Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota for selling additional services.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, punctual, trustworthy and hard working.

This ideal candidate will be able to manage a van, oversee our daily operations, effectively communicate with our clients regarding the service(s) they are receiving, and sell them additional services if needed.


New Hirees Must Be:

-Very meticulous, detail oriented and always focused on going above and beyond the expectations of the client.
-Physically fit, passionate about the quality of their work and able to work long hours.

You must be skilled in performing the following tasks:

-Cleaning wheels, tires, door jambs, windows, leather seats and interior plastics

-Using a pressure washer, high-speed buffer, clay bar as well as hand polishing and waxing

-Steam cleaning, vacuuming, using compressed air

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old- Must be available 7 days a week
- Must be presentable and professional at all times
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must speak English fluently. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime
- Must have a strong ability to work with others
- Must be able to work outdoors in a fast paced environment
